Our Spirits

Our patented bottle design is the cornerstone and focus of our business. Rather than distilling our spirits ourselves, we are able to select barrel picks from private collections and distilleries around the nation to produce each of our batches.

This means that every single bottle that we make is an extremely limited production and is unlikely to ever be seen again! Our labeling system let's you know exactly what you hold in your hands when you pick one of our bottles off a shelf:

Wood & Finish

Since our patented design doesn't have to worry about leaks, we can use exotic woods that would usually never be found in a barrel for aging spirits.

We can char or toast each wood in many ways, resulting in complex and nuanced flavor profiles.

Bottle Date & Unseal Date

The date that a bottle was filled, capped, and sealed is stamped onto each label. While still sealed, the wood has a limit to the impact it can have on the spirit.

Once you decide to unseal your bottle to begin aging, you can fill in the blank "unsealed" spot so you can know how long you have been aging!

Batch Number & Bottle Number

Each batch is its own unique production.

Each Batch Number denotes the spirit inside of a particular bottle. Below is our repository of batches. Find yours!
